To cooperate with public security efforts during the 2026 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit, and in accordance with recent security management requirements, Superbuy will temporarily adjust its delivery services for knives. The specific arrangements are as follows:
I. Scope of Suspension
Effective July 27, 2026, the platform will suspend accepting all international deliveries of knives, including but not limited to: controlled knives, kitchen knives, utility knives, outdoor folding knives, multi-tools, and other sharp objects with blades or tips.
II. Processing of Orders Already in Stock
For knives that were already in stock but not yet shipped before the suspension policy took effect, the platform will not arrange shipment.
To reduce waiting time, we recommend that you prioritize applying for a return/cancellation. If the policy is subsequently adjusted and delivery services resume, we will issue a notification as soon as possible, and you can reschedule delivery according to your actual situation.
III. Resumption Time
The resumption time for delivery services will be announced separately based on relevant security management requirements. Please pay attention to platform announcements or consult online customer service for the latest information.
IV. Special Reminder
Please ensure that your package does not contain any knives before submitting it. If any knives are found to be concealed, omitted, or improperly delivered, the shipment may not be transported normally and may be returned or detained by regulatory authorities. Any delays, losses, or related liabilities arising from this will be borne by the sender. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
