Dear Superbuy Users,
Greetings!
According to the latest notification from our logistics partners, parcel delivery services via EMS and EUB to EU countries have now fully resumed as of 17:00 (Beijing Time) on June 30, 2026.
Due to the backlog of parcels accumulated before the implementation of the EU tax reform, European airports, freight terminals, and customs are currently under tremendous processing pressure, with widespread congestion at local courier hubs. As a result, parcel processing times may be delayed in the near term, and are expected to gradually return to normal around July 10. Please rest assured that the safety of your shipments will not be affected. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
To ensure smooth customs clearance for your parcels, please pay close attention to the following new shipping regulations and service requirements for EU-bound shipments via EMS and EUB:
I. Eligibility and Declaration Requirements
1. Service Type: Only C2C (consumer-to-consumer) parcels are accepted. Shipments addressed to companies or commercial entities are temporarily not accepted.
2. Customs Clearance:
IOSS numbers are not accepted for customs clearance on this service. All parcels will be cleared under the traditional personal mail customs procedure.
3. Tax Reference Standards:
Parcel value ≤ €45: Exempt from customs duties and VAT.
€45 < Parcel value ≤ €150: An estimated tax of approximately €3 per declared category may apply (the final amount is subject to the decision of EU customs authorities).
II. Important Risk Notices
1. Strict Declaration Countries: Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, and Romania.
These countries impose extremely strict checks on parcel values. Parcels valued at over €45 will be subject to direct return and will not be permitted entry. We recommend that high-value goods avoid these routes.
2. Tax Liability: Any customs duties or VAT incurred on parcels shall be borne and paid by the recipient.
3. Value Determination: The final value of a parcel is determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. In the event of customs detention or return due to disputes over declared value, the user shall bear all associated consequences.
III. Declaration and Services
We will make every effort to assist users in making truthful declarations. Any taxes or fees arising from declarations made on your behalf shall be fulfilled by the recipient. If you have concerns about the entrusted declaration service, you may also choose to make your own declaration — we fully respect your choice.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team. Thank you for your continued support and trust in Superbuy!
