Due to the official implementation of the new EU customs tax policy effective July 1, 2026, and to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely delivery of your parcels, we have been notified by our logistics carriers that Superbuy will adjust the pricing structure for the relevant shipping lines.
I. Adjustment Details
Effective June 23, 2026 (Beijing Time), the following shipping lines will uniformly apply a fixed tariff of CNY 24 per parcel:
Europe Duty-Free Air Express (Actual Weight)
Europe DHL Duty-Free Route / Europe DHL Duty-Free Route (Special)
Europe DHL Duty-Free Route(Pure Battery)
Europe DHL Duty-Free Express Line / European DHL Duty-Free Economy Line
II. Special Notice (Parcels in Transit)
Due to the impact of the new EU regulations, any parcels submitted on or after June 22, 2026, that are currently "in transit" and enter the EU after July 1, 2026, will be subject to customs duties by the local customs authorities.
What to do: Superbuy will notify you via system message or email. Please be prepared to pay the corresponding fixed tariff (CNY 24 per parcel) upon request to avoid any delays in customs clearance.
III. Policy Background
This adjustment is made in response to the EU's 2026 customs reform (which eliminates the low-value goods VAT exemption threshold). The adoption of a "fixed tariff" approach is intended to streamline the customs clearance process and prevent your parcels from being subject to high and unpredictable random duties and additional handling fees in the destination country.
