The 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival holiday runs from September 25 to September 27, and the National Day holiday runs from October 1 to October 7.

Due to the holiday schedules of various logistics providers, some international logistics routes will suspend or reduce operations—including package acceptance, processing, and dispatch—during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day periods. Consequently, you may experience varying degrees of delay regarding package dispatch, carrier pickup, and subsequent transit times.
To minimize the impact of the holidays on shipping times, we recommend the following:
● If you plan to ship items, please submit your packages early to allow sufficient time for warehouse processing and handover to logistics providers.

● Holiday schedules and service resumption times vary by route; please refer to the "Logistics Provider Holiday Schedule" below for specific arrangements. Should logistics providers make last-minute adjustments, the latest actual schedule will prevail. As parcel volumes may increase around the holiday period, certain stages—such as pickup, transshipment, flight scheduling, and tracking updates—may still be affected, even though some logistics routes remain operational. We recommend planning your shipments accordingly and allowing sufficient time for delivery.
